&lt;p&gt;June 16 - August 15, plus Aug 21 &amp;amp; 22, and Aug 28 &amp;amp; 29&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;At 6pm every day that the Cortez Cultural is open (Tue - Sat), outside in the Plaza Circle (rain days bring the performances inside).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Free entry, coffee shop, gift shop and gallery will stay open while performances are happening.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;See all those guidebooks in the National Parks, gift shops and tourist centers? Well Gian Mercurio is the author of some of them, and she will be giving a talk about ancestral pueblo life around the Four Corners area. We'll also be tasting some blue corn bread and Piki Bread (thin paste cooked on hot stones then rolled up) that was a staple food from the area.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;ANCESTRAL PUEBLO CULTURE IN THE FOUR CORNERS WITH GIAN MERCURIO&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;August 15th, 12pm - 2pm / $10pp, or $5 for CCC members&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Have you seen guidebooks on Mesa Verde, Four Corners and Chaco? Well Gian Mercurio is the author of several local guidebooks and wants to share with you her knowledge on Pueblo Culture. She will have photos and artifacts to share and a wonderful discussion on how it was like to live here back then.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As an Everybody Eats program around food, Gian will also be sharing 2 foods with us to taste. First you'll be able to taste traditional Hopi Piki Bread, which is a thin batter of blue cornmeal and water, cooked over hot stones and then rolled up into Piki Bread. Then you'll be able to try Blue Corn Bread made from blue corn meal from Bow &amp;amp; Arrow Farms in Towaoc.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>Dinner &amp; Native Comedy Night with Ernie Tsotsie (3 Oct 2026)</title>

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DINNER + NATIVE COMEDY NIGHT WITH ERNIE TSOTIE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Saturday, October 3rd - Doors open at 5pm for dinner, show begins after 6pm.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ernie Tsotsie is a Diné/Navajo comedian, actor and motivational speaker known for his clean, family friendly comedy that focuses on sobriety, wellness and overcoming personal struggles through healing with laughter. Ernie has also appeared in Longmire, Better Call Saul, Dark Winds, Rutherford Falls and Rez Ball.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ernie has a huge following in this area, and we are excited to have him return here on October 3rd!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Limited seating of 50, dinner served will be different types of lasagna, Caesar salad and garlic bread. Our bar and Coffeehouse will be open for beverages. We'll also have a silent auction to help fundraise for the Cortez Cultural Center. Support us and have a good laugh while doing so!&lt;/p&gt;
