YOUR DONATION MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
|
SUPPORT THE CORTEZ CULTURAL CENTER TODAY | Why make a donation to the Cortez Cultural Center? 1. You help make a difference. When you choose to give to the Cultural Center, no matter the amount, you’re helping to make a real difference. We can only carry out our work thanks to the generosity of people like you. And when you donate to a cause you care about, you’ll know that your decision to donate is making a tangible impact on the lives of those we touch and serve. 2. Every donation makes an impact. No matter how much you can afford to give, as a one-off donation, through regular giving, your donation matters. Every donation received adds up and helps support our programs and make a positive difference. 3. For a reason close to your heart. Whether it’s your first time visiting the Cultural Center or you have personal history with this place, the Center can have a positive effect on your life. 4. The work we do brings us closer to the society we want to live in. Our goal is not only to inspire and inform, but to UNITE our community through collaborative events, projects, and programs in a welcoming, inclusive environment. 5. Gives us a sense of belonging Life can be difficult sometimes, but remembering we’re all in this together can help us feel more connected to those around us. Our community means so much to us, and seeing them all come together, whether it’s through attendance at our events, volunteering, membership, or participating in art exhibits, we’re all united in our common goal of helping to make Montezuma County a healthy, inspiring place to live and a welcoming place to visit. 6. Enjoy an extra bit of tax relief. An added bonus of charitable donations is they can offer some tax relief. This means, depending on how you give, you can claim back the tax on any donations you make or you won’t pay income tax on them in the first place—helping you save through giving. |
